(
1) Concerned Village Development Committee or Municipality shall inspect within its’ jurisdiction as to
whether a person has employed any one or not in contravention of this Act and submit a report with its’ own opinion to the Committee for at least once
in every six months.
(2) The Welfare Officer shall, every year, submit an annual report on the works performed by the Committee, to the Government of Nepal.
